About our Client

Our tech-savvy Client has been adapting to new ways of trading since the Covid-19 pandemic. Having previously been mostly reliant on their store network, our Client now boasts an eCommerce Platform which generated in excess of £100m+ of sales last year.

Despite the impacts Covid has had on Retail, our Client has seen continued growth and expansion across all areas of their business. Their loyal Customers still demand their products, and new stores are opening all the time!

Our Client is going through a large-scale digital transformation, looking at new ways they can utilise the latest technology to optimise sales and improve processes.

About the Role

Our Client’s Application Support Team is responsible for serving head-office, warehouse, and store-network colleagues with any technical issues across their wide-range of business applications. Our Client is a Microsoft House, with the majority of systems integrating with their ERP - Microsoft Dynamics (AX & 365).

Our Client is seeking several IT Support Analysts to join their growing Application Support team of circa 6. You’ll be mentored, grown, and motivated by a dedicated Application Support Manager, with this role providing opportunities to progress into areas like Integration, Development or Testing in the future.

This role will be responsible for responding to business-critical support requests associated with Microsoft Dynamics AX & 365. You will triage incidents and work closely with colleagues to resolve issues and conduct route-case analysis.

Our Client has a quality-first approach to support, with no formal KPI’s in place. The team resolves roughly 80-100 requests each person per month.

What are we looking for?

  • Good understanding of Microsoft ERP solutions like Dynamics AX2012 / Dynamics 365
  • Exposure to SQL
  • 2-3+ years’ experience working within an IT Support Role
  • Analytical, detailed and quality-driven with the ability to resolve issues and put measures in place to avoid re-occurrence.
  • A 'people’s person’ who is confident in communicating with colleagues of all levels!
