Marketing Manager

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Swanley, Kent
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per Annum
Full Time: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Company Overview: Our client is an innovative Fire Suppression provider that is taking both the Domestic and Residential market by storm. From developing and manufacturing their system in house, to installing it in a wide variety of settings, they handle their customers fire safety needs from start to finish. Since 2015, they have grown rapidly and they have 6 locations across the UK. This job role will be key to their Marketing department and its success, and therefore will have numerous responsibilities.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Conducting extensive market research and analysis to assess competitors, trends and news outlets
  • Identifying target markets and developing/enforcing strategies and processes
  • Tracking and optimising key metrics
  • Reporting on performance and KPIs to demonstrate their impacts
  • Promoting initiatives and new concepts to increase awareness and generate leads
  • Presenting strategies and progress reports to senior staff members
  • Regularly updating the company website to ensure content is correct and in line with current company standards and policies
  • Updating plugins on the website to ensure that it is running efficiently
  • Monitoring enquiries coming in through the website and ensuring action is taken if statistics are falling behind
  • Attending site visits and liaising with employees
  • Closely monitoring PCC ads in line with the budget
  • Designing and ordering marketing collateral
  • Optimising keywords within the website to enhance SEO
  • Analysing and improving website analytics
  • Ensuring all documentation branding is up to date and in line with company standards and accreditations
  • Editing photos and video content where needed
  • Carrying out research on international marketing strategies.

Recommended qualifications/experience:

  • Degree or Higher Education qualification in a marketing related subject such as Marketing, Business Management, Digital Marketing or Advertising would be preferable but not essential.
  • 3-5 years’ experience within a marketing, advertising, communications or public relations role
  • Experience within a management role
  • Experience presenting to senior level staff members.
