Axon Moore is currently recruiting for a well-established, rapidly growing SME who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working as part of a friendly and welcoming team, you will be able to work in varied and interesting Purchase Ledger role. 

The business is based in West Leeds, with car parking on site. It is a brilliant location if you are West Leeds or Bradford based


• Matching materials invoices to PO’s and obtaining authorisation for non-PO invoices
• Coding invoices
• Posting Invoices & Credits
• Processing supplier payments
• Preparing, reviewing, finalising suggested payments due
• Inputting payments
• Inputting and allocating payments
• Sending remittances
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
• Setting up new supplier accounts

Person Specification:
• Previous experience working in Purchase Ledger
• Experience using Sage 50 is desirable
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
