Reporting to: Department Manager
Salary: £16,000 – £19,000 depending on age and experience.
Hours: 37 hours per week

Office base: Grimsby
Administrator sought for our client who is a well-established and leading national training provider offering training courses to the private and public sector.
Due to their continued success and growth, they now require an Administrator join their team in Grimsby.
As an Administrator your role will be to provide a high level of administration support to the team based in Grimsby
Contacting new candidates to provide induction, performing plagiarism checks, checking evidence and uploading to our clients digital platform (Learning Assistant), updating and maintaining databases, collating stats, sending and receiving emails, dealing with forum postings, answering the telephone, and general administration duties to support the team.
Ensuring that each existing and new client is satisfied with the service that we provide and that complaints are dealt with effectively
You will be expected to keep up to date your knowledge of business administration skills.
From time to time you will be asked to undertake other duties commensurate with their work activities and abilities.
You will be reporting to the Department Manager
You will be based from the Grimsby office
The successful Administrator MUST have similar experience
You MUST have excellent administration skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Good IT skills and ability to use email, excel and power point packages
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Live within a commutable distance to the Grimsby office
£16,000 – £19,000 depending on age and experience.
