SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to work for a lovely client of ours based in Derby. This role will be for a minimum of 3 months; however, this could go permanent for the right role.
This role will be working alongside the Account Managers team and assisting with customer service and administrative duties. Our client just requires candidates who are proficient on Excel and can pick up processes and systems quickly. This is a full-time role, office based and working Monday - Friday 8:30am -5:30pm with an hour's lunch. This role would be ideal for someone who is immediately available looking to get back into work before Christmas. If you have previous administration experience and enjoy working on Excel then this could be a great role for you!
Main duties will include
- Answering queries from customers over the phone and email
- Processing invoices
- Ensuring the company is compliant and falling in line with GDPR rules and regulations
- Updating company systems
- Ensuring all company files are up to date
- Filing and scanning
- Order processing
- Support to various departments with adhoc administrative duties
Our client requires someone immediately, so you must be able to commit to straight start. To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong administrative and customer service experience. This will be a varied and fast paced role and therefore our client needs confident people who genuinely gets a buzz from being busy.
