Customer Service Administrator

Temp to Perm opportunity


£10.00 per hour

Monday to Friday 10am-6pm

Do you pride yourself on your exceptional customer service skills?

Our client who is based in central Crawley is looking for a customer service administrator to join them on a temp to pern basis.

The role of Customer Service Administrator is a key role within the business, proving support to customers and internal teams.

Working as part of a small, very friendly team, your duties will include:

Answering calls and emails, dealing with queries including organising maintenance and booking in viewings
Accessing the concierge diary to make bookings
Assisting on-site teams with converting viewings into lets and managing negotiations
Managing the CRM system and recording information accurately
Oversee all renewals enquiries and ensure necessary paperwork is completedThis role would suit someone with experience of working in an administration/ customer service role who has good communications skills and experience using MS Office and a CRM system. Full training will be given.
