My client is seeking an experienced Parts & Service Coordinator.
Duties include -
Liaising with customers regarding Spare parts, deliveries engineers' visits.
Liaising with Suppliers
Spare Parts Management, including managing of the stock, checking stock levels
Dealing with Engineers diary.
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Deliveries, and returns
Plus ad hoc admin tasks and some general warehouse/stock control dutiesKey Skills
Competent IT skills (MS packages) plus in house systems
Self-motivated and organised with a confident manner
Good communication, Hardworking and dedicated with an outgoing personality
Be open minded to duties and tasks as this is a varied role within a small friendly team.The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm, onsite parking is available
