Our client based in a village near Chiltern are looking for a Venue Executive . This is the lead role to ensure the effective management and smooth running of our clients venue facilities which combines internal office space for employees and external venue for meetings, conferences, and office space for hire.
Overall responsibility for all facilities requirements including maintaining and developing effective relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring that the working area is a safe environment for employees, tenants and visitors and is compliant with health and safety legislation, ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office and venue.
Providing high levels of customer care and promoting the external venue spaces leading to repeat business alongside increased awareness of the facilities and services available at their venue.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in a facilities role with knowledge and understanding of H&S regulations related to an office/venue environment
Relationship Management: Strong relationship building and relationship management skills at all levels of an organisation
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional telephone manner with the ability to clearly present information in an engaging and confident manner
Excellent operational and organisational skills
Strong administrative and time management skills
Proactive, self-motivated and professional
Sense of responsibility and integrity
Able to manage difficult situations.
An eye for detail with the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure
