our client based in a village near Chiltern are looking for a trainee Marketing Assistant to join their friendly team .

No experience is necessary but an interest in Marketing is essential.

Main Purpose of Role:
To provide support to the Marketing Team through the execution of marketing initiatives as directed. Key responsibilities will be the administration and co-ordination of activities, updating of customer and client lists and databases and maintaining the digital interfaces with their client members and customers.

Role Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for all marketing enquiries, ensuring all communications are managed effectively, professionally and in a timely manner
Assisting in the execution of the marketing activities and campaigns (e.g. email marketing, Google AdWords, Facebook advertising, updates to website, campaign reporting and administration)
Assisting in the preparation and distribution of promotional materials including e-shots, brochures, flyers, website and social media updates working with partners and suppliers as appropriate
Ensuring that internal campaign briefs, artwork, work instructions etc. are correctly filed, available and organised for future reference by the team and wider business
Extracting and analysing data for targeted marketing campaigns from both internal and external sources and managing queries generated from marketing campaigns
Co-ordinating and publishing Marketing activity reports as required
Managing all team specific office administration dutiesThis is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career within marketing
