Our client based in Huntingdon is seeking a Part Time Office Administrator on a temporary basis initially for a 6 month period working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 2.30pm (hours can be flexible for the right person).
As Part Time Office Administrator, you will work on a busy reception desk, meeting and greeting visitors, answering switchboard dealing with overflow calls, dealing with facilities, manage meeting room bookings, postal duties, stationery ordering, arranging refreshments, assisting Business Manager with ad-hoc supporting administrative duties.
To be considered for the role of Temporary Part Time Office Administrator, you will have worked in a similar role with customer facing skills and experience, you will have excellent communication skills and be well presented, and will be highly organised. This is a fully office based role.
