Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Administrator to work with a Virtual School in Gloucester. This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £12.33 per hour (paid to you via an umbrella company).
Data Management, administration and finance support.
To lead and manage administrative and support systems, using Liquid Logic to support the business needs of the Team and the wider service area using, where appropriate, other computer based systems, to ensure that services are maintained effectively, flexibly and in a timely way so as to enable the service area and organisation to meet it objectives.
Daily updates of the Excel based student register using Liquid Logic and PNL's capturing child's legal status for Ofsted and DfE purposes and daily general use by the team.
Daily updates of our IMS system and allocation of PEPs (part of the social care statutory care plan).
Regular updates of student e-files for FOI, Data and GDPR requests and daily information for the team.
Updates on the Virtual School website.
Creation and maintenance of data and filing and recording systems.
To facilitate meetings, seminars and workshops. Including booking rooms / venues, sending invites, preparing agendas and support for meetings as required.
To lead on project management for external projects including county awards and training days.
To initiate data and information queries via telephone, email and in person providing a high standard of customer care and to escalate issues further when appropriate. To have a high level of customer handling skills.
To be able to respond to queries from professionals and members of the public in a professional manner.
Overseeing the general administrative needs of the Virtual School team Produce a wide range of documents using relevant IT/Microsoft packages and to support the preparation of presentations / documents
Liaising with the Virtual School tutor group lead to ensure that cases are allocated appropriately and removed when discharged.
To have a good knowledge of data protection and GDPR for FOI requests and general data security.
Experience: 1+ year of experience within a similar role.
Compliance: Proof of ability to work and live in the UK. Current DBS check and references covering the last 3 years.
Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
