Document Controller

Salary £25,000 - £30,000

Hours of work Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 with flexible working.

I am looking for a Document Controller to work for a leading Construction company based in Hull.

Main duties will include:

Controlling company and project documentation
Following and improving document control procedures
Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
Producing document progress reports for senior managers
Conducting regular reviews and document audits
Assisting in the planning stages of a specific project
Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completionSkills/Experience:

Project Management Experience
Understanding of Document Control procedures
Experience in Construction industry preferred
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

The sucessful candidate will be driven, enthusiastic and highly organised, with a high level of attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
