Role: Quality Administrator

Salary: £22,763 per annum

Location: Basingstoke

Hours: 42.5 hours Mon-Fri 9am-6pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)

Our client is one of the UK’s largest independent pharmaceutical wholesalers offering a product range through exceptional customer service and efficient delivery.

The role:

Ensuring updated standard operating procedures (SOP’s) are trained out to all individuals across the site, aid with the training and to be the main quality contact for the site when the Registered Person (RP) is not physically on site.

Key responsibilities include:

* Ensuring training files are kept-up-to-date for all employees on site

* Ensuring updated SOPs are trained out and recorded accurately within the training files of each employee who is required to be trained in that procedure

* Assist during self-inspections on site (conducted by the RPs and Group Quality Director)

* Being the key contact when quality issues arise on site and reporting to the sites RP when necessary.

* Support all employees on site with quality related issues

* Raising and investigating deviations

* Ensure that only current versions of controlled documentation is in use and that any superseded/redundant versions are removed.

The successful candidate will have experience in customer service and administration. Experience in face to face customer service, and/or experience in a quality/compliance/audit role would be highly advantageous.
