Operations Administrator | Permanent | Northwich

The Talent Crowd are working with an innovative Technology business in the Northwich area, to recruit a permanent Operations Administrator to join their team. 

Due to a period of significant growth the Operations Administrator will provide day to day support for the Operations Director, assisting with tasks and projects associated with all aspects of the business.

The Operations Administrator role will include:
- Act as first point of contact for all client enquiries received by telephone or email.
- Process sales orders, shipping documentation and prepare invoices.
- Manage and update company databases.
- Assist with report writing.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Support the wider team, including other ad-hoc duties.

The successful Operations Administrator will be well organised, methodical and have excellent attention to detail. You will communicate well and have exceptional customer service skills, be proactive and able to work without supervision.

You will receive £17,000 - £19,000 per annum, working 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday in a rural setting. You will also have the opportunity to attend company events, work in casual attire and have access to free parking.
