We are seeking an Office Administrator to work with senior leaders strategically to ensure that our budget is well-managed, the building is safe and fit for purpose and that the people within our ACAD Services are appropriately vetted. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has solid recent experience in Children Services admin but exceptional applications from other fields would be welcomed.

Office Administrator Duties

· Answer main reception telephone, managing the calls in a clear and professional manner

· Work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the Services

· Ensure all paperwork relative to the home is up to date

· Support with day to day staffing and compliance

· To competently process confidential reports, case-notes and other documents as required.

· To liaise effectively with local authorities in relation to statutory meetings

· Monitor and manage petty cash for the school

· General administration duties

· Willing to be trained as a First Aider

Office Administrator Essential Skills

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook

· Proven attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks

· An excellent telephone manner

· Good organisation and time management skills
