Established for over 20 years, my client are a market-leading company within the electrical retail industry. Due to growth within the business they are currently seeking a well organised, commercially aware candidate who can work on their own initiative and be able to think outside the box. This is a fantastic role, joining the team in a period of growth where you can really make this role your own. Within this role you will be working closely with operational teams in logistics ensuring internal processes are in place to support excellence.
Supporting the operational procurement processes-managing the company PPE and distributing it to staff
Coordinating events with managers
Managing the staff experience and organising staff incentives and competitions
Tracking success relating to internal ventures
Quality control audits
Admin support to the HR team
