HR Programme Manager

Modis are currently working in partnership with a market leading enterprise business to recruit an experienced HR Programme Manager to work within their shared service centre and lead on a portfolio of business impacting HR Project.

Please note that this a hybrid role offering 3-4 days a week working from home.

The Role

As a HR Programme Manager you will deliver a portfolio of HR projects, overseeing the effective delivery of business-critical change activity arising as a result of continuous improvement and organisational change.

The Responsibilities

You will ensure successful delivery of a complex set of interconnecting projects within the HRSSC..
You will be responsible for delivering change and continuous improvement projects within the HRSSC. Ensuring that key Employee Lifecycle and Operational projects are delivered effectively and consistently from the HRSSC (including Pay Review, Bonus, improvements to employee packages)
Lead and develop a team of Project delivery specialists to support the HRSSC and wider HR team with critical initiatives
Develop the HRSSC's capability and toolkit for project management and change delivery
Establish workstreams, reporting and governance to ensure that business projects and priorities are supported fully by the HRSSC
Effectively partner, collaborate and engage with workstream sponsors, workstream sponsors / leads and build key relationships
Flag risk, issues and dependencies to Sponsors and the HR Leadership Team.
Measure progress on all projects and initiatives and challenging the business where required.
Build and drive capability in process improvement and adoption of new ways of working

The Requirements

Proven track record of delivering multiple HR projects within a medium to large scale organisation.
Excellent knowledge of all areas of HR and proven experience working within a Shared Service Centre.
Ideally you will be Prince 2 certified or hold relevant PM qualifications.
