Central Hub Senior Sales Administrator - Derby

The Central Senior Sales Administrator is responsible for the provision of an effective administration service to the sales departments within our Retail Centres, delivered by careful adherence to process. They ensure the departments operate efficiently thorough the accurate and timely processing of sales related administrative processes, with all queries (internal and external) addressed promptly and thoroughly. They also manage the central team for their franchise on a day to day basis along with providing support and coaching. Drive 5 behaviours are reflected within actions and conduct at all time.

Main Responsibilities

* Supervising the sales admin team

* Document all sales, ordering and processing vehicles sales

* Invoicing vehicles to end-users and internally between dealerships

* Deal effectively with customers and subcontractors requests

* Assisting sales team in processing a vehicle through the whole sales process

* Liaising with the brand regarding vehicle specification, ordering stock and bonuses

* Ensuring that all information required to tax vehicles is received in time to allow for scheduled handover

* Housekeeping Activities

* Autoline / VSB Housekeeping – run reports and correct vehicle records as required

* Other ad hoc duties as and when required

The Ideal Candidate

* Previous experience within a similar role

* Proven ability to build strong relationships; evidence of service that prioritises, meets and exceeds customer expectations; deals promptly with customer concerns

* Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner; consults colleagues and refers appropriately

* Able to evidence pride and enthusiasm for product and brand

* Sets high standards for self and others; works effectively in partnership with all colleagues; supports with actions that secure achievement of business objectives

* Ability to adapt and learn new tools and techniques, and willingness to embrace opportunities for change
