OFFICE COORDINATOR

HOLMES CHAPEL

£10.50/£11.00 PER HOUR

MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 37.5 PER WEEK

TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT UNTIL MARCH 2022

Our client are a thriving charity based in East Cheshire that help and support the improvement of lives through activity and healthy recreation. They are a growing employer that offer a variety of opportunities in over 15 leisure centres and outreach programmes.

We are currently supporting the local business in Holmes Chapel, based perfectly for easy travel using local transport routes, with the search for an office administrator to support the team until March 2022. The key duties within this role with involve:

Managing rota system for staff
Answering incoming calls and managing all queries
Updating relevant systems,
Sending letters and confirmations to customers
Managing the companyemail inbox and providing day to day administration support to the busy team
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage your own workload, proficient on systems and be able to work to deadlines.

You will receive weekly pay and you will be joining a well established organisation in the local area!
