Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for sales administrator to join one of their clients based in Aston.
You will be responsible for:
* Order taking from telephone orders
* Ensuring calls are answered quickly and efficiently
* Placing orders from faxes or emails
* Covering the web pc daily – processing emailed orders
* Checking and loading printers/faxes with paper
* Call outs to existing customers – checking customer is happy with account etc. – as and when the sales manager requests
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good communication/people skills
* Attention to detail
* Good keyboard skills
* Team player
* Remain calm under pressure
* Any other duties required by the company
Monday to Friday – 9am- 5.30 pm - 39 hours a week.
42 minutes for lunch
1.30pm lunch time
The candidate will be required to do a late shift every 9 weeks.
Late week every 9 weeks
½ hour lunch.
Mon – 1PM _-9.30PM
Tues – 2PM – 9.30PM
Wed – 2PM – 9.30PM
Thurs - 2PM – 9.30PM
Friday - 2PM – 8.30PM
Saturday - 8.30AM – 12.30PM
