Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of products and accessories and looking to recruit an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their team.
We are seeking an organised, self motivated office administrator to join their growing organisation. In this position, you will be working along-side a busy Sales and Production team generating production and delivery paperwork. The successful candidate will need to have good team-working abilities and be keen to learn new skills.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Inputting numerical data
- Using software to raise sales orders
- Keeping paper work up to date
- Using Excel spreadsheets
- Keeping paperwork organised
- Using basic office equipment; photocopier, laminator, etc.
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to time manage
- Work well with team
- Computer literate
- Good communicator
