Are you looking for a role in Administration? Direct Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd is working with one of our key clients for the appointment of an experienced Branch Administrator. If you have a proven background and strong skill set in administration and customer service, then it would be great to hear from you! Due to the location the candidate must have transport as the area is not covered by public transport.
Branch Administrator Position Overview:
* Performing general administration duties - sorting incoming and outgoing post, filing and photocopying
* Data Input/Stock Control (ideally Sage 50 experience)
* Updating company website
* Updating social media
* Handling incoming calls and acting as a first point of contact for sales enquiries
* Customer service
* Greeting visitors
Branch Administrator Position Requirements:
* Previous customer focused experience is desirable
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Positive 'can do' attitude
* Flexible and adaptable
* Team Player
* Attention to detail
Branch Administrator Hours and Pay
* Monday to Friday
* 42 Hours a week
* Good Holiday Package
* No Overtime
