Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator for a growing and well established Manufacturing business in Matlock.

The successful Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing the internal sales processes working closely with key stake holders both externally and internally. You must be customer focused with an appreciation of manufacturing processes to ensure all KPI and metrics are met.

Key duties for the Sales Coordinator will include:

-Take ownership of specified customer management
-Processing orders both in and out of contract
-Manage all customer order enquiries from quotation through to delivery and payment
-Pro-actively track monthly KPI through sales tracking tools and develop performance indicators
-Provide data for weekly reports
-Stay abreast of export legislation and ensure compliance of all documentation
-Coordinate UK and Export hauliers to meet customer demands
-Negotiate prices with new and existing suppliers
-Ensure logistics and sales planning is coordinated with the sales and operations management team

Person specification:
* At least 2 year working within a similar position
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work well towards strict deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
