Join us as a Claims Administrator


We are now looking to recruit a Windscreen Claims Administrator in our office in Chelmsford to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team who are there to support the operational function through the processing of windscreen claims received into the business.

The role will involve a mixture of processing spreadsheets onto our claims system and outbound telephone calls to customers to confirm the details of the claim.

What will my duties be?

Complete outbound calls to customers and brokers in a professional manner dealing with queries, complaints and providing updates on claims
Answer customer emails and provide detailed responses on the progress of any windscreen claim
Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure delivery of customer service
Process payments from spreadsheets into our claims system
Additional administration duties as required
What is the salary and hours?
A highly competitive annual salary of £18,500 - £19,500 is on offer depending on experience.
This role will offer a hybrid working model where you will work 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. The role is full time and permanent, 37.5 hours per week, standard office hours.
