Job Description

SMT GB are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Agreement (CSA) Administrator to join us on a six-month contract based in our head office in Duxford.

Reporting into the CSA Supervisor you will be responsible for contacting all customers to ensure that PO numbers are valid and updating the expiry date into the database. You will be focused on the timely and accurate input of data obtained.

We’d like to hear from you if you have/are the following:

* Proven office administration experience within a fast-paced environment

* A customer service background with experience of working directly with external customers.

* PC literate with a knowledge of office systems

* Good telephone manner & keyboard skills

* Organised with an ability to work on own initiative and prioritise.

* Ability to communicate at all levels.

* Strong work ethic & a sense of ownership of tasks
