Salary: £18,000 - £21,000
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for our clients based close to Birmingham City Centre, for an administration assistant. Ideally you will have experience within a similar role.
Arranging overseas travel and UK travel for directors and staff when necessary
Maintaining records of all trips on the database
Assisting with facilities duties including health and safety and security and fire arrangements
Arranging fobs for new starters
Booking venues for seminars and other functions when necessary
Monitoring of parking arrangements and managing parking rota
Arranging DHL shipments when necessary and checking invoicesThe Candidate :
Experience doing a similar role
Excellent understanding of making overseas travel arrangements
Understanding of health and safety requirements within an office environment
High level of IT literacy- MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet
Have excellent communication skills
