This business has 30 Years' experience in their industries, a turnover of 1.2 million and are based in a rural location in Doncaster. Their customers are in a very broad spectrum of industries and include Steel and Food. The business is looking for an Administrator to join a small team.

This role is to provide the service customers expect and deserve when dealing with this business. You will become the go-to person for all enquiries which could include invoices, delivery issues, managing stock. You will be reporting directly to the procurement manager.
Duties will include:
Obtains orders through email and telephone calls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfilment explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates.
Invoicing using Sage 50
Liaising with the distribution network to understand customer enquiriesEXPERIENCE:
Requires knowledge and experience in Administration
Able to work from own initiative
