Sales Administrator – Doncaster – c£20,000
Chase and Holland are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Doncaster. They are looking for a sales administrator to join their fast -paced and dynamic sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity that will provide the successful candidate with a fast paced and varied role working within a growing business.
The ideal candidate must be able to adapt to the challenges of this role and have previous sales admin, customer service or office administrative experience. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential as you will be managing the full order process between customers, sales and logistics departments across various sites, so must be able to multitask.
Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
Processing quotes and sample requests
Liaising between sales team and plant on order, production plans, stock and shipping
Preparing and managing all shipment documentation
Assisting production planning and logistics to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and timely
Ensuring new products are on the systems correctly with correct packaging instructions
Processing and sending invoices to the customers
Managing complaints, credit notes and returns
Checking and monitoring credit control through the order processRequired Skills & Experience:
Strong administration experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to influence decisions
Desire to provide an exceptional customer service experience to the customer at all times
Accuracy, attention to detail and a team player
Ability to work to tight deadlines and ability to adapt to change
Must be IT Literate and be confident in the use of Microsoft Word and ExcelIn return:
The salary will rise to £21,000 after completing the six-month probationary period
