Trainee Quality & Projects Administrator

Bradford

£18,500 - £19,500

My client provides an innovative and cost-effective engineering product that is well known to everyday Retailers and they deliver on large-scale National engineering contracts across multiple industries.

As a Trainee Projects Administrator will be responsible for coordinating all administrative support for the project managers including parts, stock and any production or quality changes. Ensuring quality compliance for production is correct and accurate.

Experience with operational administrative support procedures and updating the basic databases is an advantage but I am looking for someone at the start of their administrative career looking for a great entry level opportunity as full training is offered with an excellent career structure.

If you like the idea of understanding the technicalities behind making a product and learning to account manager customer complex accounts, then this would be a great role and business for you.

You will maintain all administration processes and operational requirements, using complex databases, Excel and Outlook.

As part of the Key Customer Accounts team, I will need your excellent communication and planning skills to coordinate your own workload as you will be supporting the team managers – authorise approval for the changes of works to be carried out to update all systems accurately and provide reports using Excel.

Ideally you will have really good customer service or basic administration experience; you will enjoy updating internal systems and be sharp when noticing mistakes to flag any issues that may need attention. Recent graduates are definitely considered, as I am looking for someone at the start of their administrative career.
