SALARY: Competitive Salary dependent on experience

WORKING HOURS: 1 Full time position

1 Part time position (3 days per week)

Oakwood International are a prestigious training consultancy based in Haywards Heath. The organisation delivers the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualifications.

Due to expansion Oakwood International are looking for two experienced and highly professional administrators to join their friendly team in Haywards Heath, one on a full time basis , the other on a part time basis. Changes to working practices at present result in this being largely a homeworking role.

These are varied and challenging administration positions offering a range of duties for which attention to detail and accuracy is an essential quality. Administrative tasks will include the collation and management of incoming documents (electronic and paper-based), the maintenance of student records, and working closely with external bodies. Applicants should be comfortable dealing with enquiries from students, awarding bodies and international partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also a requirement as part of the role will involve the formatting of critical training documents.

The successful candidates will already have some administration experience. Some experience in the education or training sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

Key qualities:

Live within a reasonable commutable distance to Haywards Heath

Minimum of 2 years admin experience

Good IT skills – proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint (Excel would also be advantageous)

Flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
