We have partnered up with a growing organisation based in Redhill who are specialists in their field, as they are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join their friendly and growing team.

This busy and varied role will see you being responsible for:

Answering incoming telephone calls, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered
Meeting and greeting customers in reception
Confirming bookings
Responding to enquiries via email, social media and telephone
Diary management
Generating invoices Skills required:

Excellent customer service skills
High attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
A "can do" attitude! The hours are Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.30 and Saturday 08.30 - 12.30 (on a rota)
