Our client is a group of companies working in the financial services sector and has been providing a market leading service to both consumers and their Financial Advisory clients since 2015. Founded to provide financial advise to consumers and a ground-breaking solution for Financial Advisors seeking new clients, they ensure that 100% of their leads are qualified to the very highest standards. Via their cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns, they generate over 100,000 consumer enquiries every year. Due to expansion and growth the two Directors now require a PA to support them with organisational and administrative tasks across the group of companies.

PA Requirements

Strong administration and organisational skills
Experience of using Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
Diary management
Experience in an Administration position

As PA you will be responsible for the following duties:

Managing two Director's diaries
Booking meetings
Answering all incoming calls to the business and taking messages
Organising materials for meetings
Producing PowerPoint presentations
Meeting and greeting visitors to the business
Dealing with emails on the Director's behalf
Producing reports
Assisting with new projects
Assisting the Operations Manager with organising company events and HR administration tasks
Providing support with invoicing tasks

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
