Ideal Recruit Ltd  has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager to join our business.

Job Purpose:

The Regional Manager will provide leadership with both strategic and operational responsibility. Regional Manager is responsible for the sustainable and profitable growth of the branches within their region.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with a dedicated National Business Development Manager, ensuring a clear focus on growth
Full P&L responsibilities for the branches within your region
Implement strategic KPI’s to your direct reports to ensure bottom line revenue numbers are met
Effectively support and manage your teams to ensure they are in the right position to execute and fulfil their objectives
Conduct regular 1-to-1’s and training programmes to ensure ongoing progression for colleagues within the business
Ensure that excellent customer service is at the centre of everything done
Lead by example, showcase what excellent is and enable them to deliver it
Leading and motivating teams
Building and developing strong, long-term relationships with current and potential client base.
Processing and analysing data from KPI’s and audits, reporting on themes and trends
Develop resourcing and labour market strategies for existing and new locations.
Understand and influence labour planning requirements.
Developing a culture of continuous improvement within resource management processes on site and in the wider network, driving the use of best practice.
Take the lead on the roll-out of initiations across the region – lead the implementation
Identify if any staff training/development required within the teams
Ensure compliance with UK legislation.
Recruit, develop and manage local onsite Recruitment teams.
When required, step in for National Account Manager

What do we need from you?

A full UK driving license.
Extensive background in recruitment, with experience working in line to budgets and knowledge of how to create and implement business strategies.
