Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who can be relied upon to provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake general day-to-day administration tasks, including:

* Processing supplier invoices

* Sending reminders for payments and chasing customers for monies owed

* Dealing with finance queries from customers and suppliers

* Booking travel and accommodation

* Processing outgoing post

* Administering office supplies

* Vehicle & building maintenance (Arrange servicing contracts etc)

* Booking training courses

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience working within a similar role / general administration

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills & good telephone manner

* Experience using Microsoft Excel is essential

* The ability to adapt and be flexible to deal with a wide range of administrative duties

* Full UK driving licence

This position offers an interesting and varied workload.

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Full-time office based role

25 days holiday
