We primarily focus on supplying services to UK clients and are preparing to launch in other territories in Europe and the U.S. LendingMetrics has seen significant revenue and profit growth in the last 12 months and is forecasting continued strong future growth.

We are currently looking for a highly organised and efficient Admin Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting key business areas.

Admin Assistant Responsibilities

· General office administration/duties

· Providing administrative assistance to the HR Manager and wider team

· Answering and fielding calls

· Helping to arrange staff events and manage office facilities

· Compiling daily/weekly/monthly operations reports

· Compiling daily/weekly/monthly sales reports

· Reviewing and proof-reading documentation

· Liaising with suppliers and clients

· Support with client onboarding to our platforms

· Support with travel and conference logistics/arrangements

· Credit file disputes and consumer data amendments with partners

· Support with managing and resolving operational issues; planning and controlling change

· Insight reporting, checking files and chasing clients on missing files

· Pre-implementation due diligence: gathering information and checks

· Supporting the Compliance team with audit tasks

· Populating and sending contracts when required

· Scanning, filing and electronic folder organisation

· Ad hoc admin tasks as and when needed

Admin Assistant Requirements

· Strong organisational skills

· Exceptional level of attention to detail

· Great communication skills

· High level of spoken and written English


· Good local travel links (close to J9 of M27, bus stop within 200m, Swanwick train station within 1 mile)
