An opportunity has arisen to join the College’s Human Resources Department as a full time HR Assistant.

There are a range of administrative processes to undertake in support of the HR function, with specific emphasis on new starter processes, such as: checking new starter documentation; producing contracts and letters; ensuring child safeguarding checks and mandatory training are completed; updating the Single Central Record; updating the HR Information System. The administration of staff absences will also be a key area of focus. Meeting deadlines and high standards of accuracy will be vital in order to effectively support the College.
You will need to be extremely organised, flexible, and able to handle a variety of simultaneous tasks in a fast paced environment. You will also provide excellent customer service whilst supporting all College employees. In return there will be investment in your continuous professional development, and you will be supported by a team of HR colleagues.
