We are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Co-Ordinator to join our team in Whiteley working Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm 40 hours per week.

Job Purpose:

To support, on behalf of the Corporate Moves and Change Manager, delivery and reporting of all site FM services.
This will specifically involve, but not limited to:-
Administration in support of the day-to-day delivery of FM service lines.
Administration and maintenance of the FM support systems/processes, in line with the agreed standards/strategies to ensure FM services are delivered in line with specifications/SLAs and that any issues with contract performance are being escalated to the FM/SCM team.
Monitoring site FM compliance with statutory requirements and client safety, security, operational and environmental procedures.
Duties / Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support and performance reports (e.g. from KPI's, SLA's, customer relationship/satisfaction data), to deliver a continuously improving FM service that meets or exceeds customer expectations, and reporting outcomes to the Facilities Manager.
Provide support to ensure that agreed standards of office accommodation are maintained, help desk calls are effective and service is in compliance with statutory and business requirements.
Record keeping and filing of relevant FM business information, at the request of the Facilities Manager (e.g. committees such as LJC, H&S, Catering etc. as well as site Risk Profiles, FM cost optimisation, staff development and capability information). Where realistic and effective this will be in a paperless environment using business tools.
Provide general administrative support to FM at the request of site Facilities Manager, including archiving, travel administration and updates to site FM website and encouraging the wider use of FM websites as an effective resource.
Provide administrative assistance in the day to day running of FM service contracts, ensuring services are delivered in line with the specification, SLAs are being met and any issues with the contract performance are being escalated to the FM/SCM team.

Person Specification

Able to communicate effectively with the FM team (incl. contractors) to ensure delivery of objectives.
Relevant administration experience in a related work environment.
Previous FM experience is desirable.
Good IT skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and an understanding of a SMMS (Maintenance System)
Valid full UK driving licence
