Great opportunity to Join RES UK Bristol Service Centre, as our Customer Support assistant  to oversee the processing of the orders, to help drive Customer service to the next level.

What do we do? We repair and refurbish all types of rotating equipment, specializing in the repair and refurbishment of centrifugal pumps, and associated equipment repairs including values, gearboxes, fans, and compressors.

In this role you will be accountable for:
* Provide support with the creation of sales enquiries and sales order numbers through the SAP system
* Create sales order folders for the shop floor with relevant Quality and H&S literature, production bar codes and sectional drawings etc.
* Create electronic sales order folders on DMS system.  Be responsible for the upkeep of the DMS system and filing of documents generated by the customer support team.
* Carryout invoicing duties for the service centre, ensuring that work is invoiced as soon as possible throughout the month
* Creating and issuing of Confirmation of orders with correct commercial details (T’s & C’s)
* Updating of service centre noticeboards (Quality, ESH, Financials, Social and general company information
* Maintaining of Service Centre backlog (order book) to ensure shipping dates are correct to customer requirements and service centre forecasts 

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* SAP would be a distinct advantage
* Have good administration skills (Microsoft Office)
* Have good numeracy, communication, and telephone skills
* Be inquisitive and technically minded
* Have a good attention to detail
* Be experienced in customer service 
* Looking for a day-to-day varied role
