Ellis Mason are recruiting for a PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR on behalf of a reputable business based close to Shefford.
The role will be based in their barn style offices and you will be working alongside an existing part time administrator.
For the role of PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, the company are looking for someone with super organisational skills who can multi-task and keep everything filed away once completed.
THE SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary £12 per hour (dependant on agreed hours will be circa £15,500-£17,000)
Monday to Friday part time hours – similar to 9.30am-3pm
20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

The main duties included within the role of the PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, are:
Answering incoming calls and assisting customers in answering their query
Assisting internal colleagues with day-to-day administrative duties
Responsibility for calling customers to remind them to send their paperwork back in to you
Inputting data on the in-house database
Training will be given on the company and its products so that you are able to assist customers and employees with certain tasks
General administrative tasks such as filing, e-mailing, printing, etc
Assisting with small internal projects on an ad hoc basis
Backing up the computer systems on a daily basis
Handling both incoming and outgoing post
