PA - BIRMINGHAM BASED - MATERNITY COVER - £25,000 - £30,000 MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM - 4PM!
To become the Personal Assistant for the Managing Director for a temporary period (maternity cover).
Duties and responsibilities
Inbox management, knowing how to deal with emails from internal/ external contacts. Including prioritization, scheduling and actions.
Booking various appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Meeting and greeting guests.
Expense and invoice management.
Creating presentations and reports.
Monitoring and approving holiday requests.
Drafting and sending correspondence.
Any other ad hoc duties and tasks.Qualifications/ experience
Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
Proficient at using Microsoft applications.
First class communication.
Great customer service and relationship building/ management skills.
Discretion to work as a PA for senior management.
Strong work ethic, punctual, positive attitude, highly organized and good time management.
