Attega Group are seeking an Administrator to to join a fantastic well established industry leading company that Install, commission, service, and maintenance of Fire and Security & Mechanical & Electrical across the whole of the UK.
The successful applicant will have experience within scheduling engineers across the UK within the SLA’s, a strong personality to build a rapport with customers, suppliers and in house team members.
The role will include:
* Scheduling for a team of Engineers for PPM as well as Breakdowns
* Liaising with customers demonstrating excellence in customer service
* Sourcing/Purchasing of Spares so supplier negotiation is required
* Use of CRM system
* General administration
* Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
* Experience with scheduling and managing an engineer’s diary to maximize each day
* Excellent Telephone Manner building rapport with key clients
* Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate where required
* Ability to multitask, manage time & prioritize
* Strong administrational skills
