Experience of using Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
Experience in an Administration positionAs PA you will be responsible for the following duties:
Managing two Director's diaries
Answering all incoming calls to the business and taking messages
Organising materials for meetings
Producing PowerPoint presentations
Meeting and greeting visitors to the business
Dealing with emails on the Director's behalf
Assisting the Operations Manager with organising company events and HR administration tasks
Providing support with invoicing tasksSalary £25,000
