Success Recruit are currently working with a UK Distributor based in Central Essex who are looking to recruit a Sales & Operations Coordinator to join a recently established and growing business.

Job Description

The successful Sales Order / Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the smooth operation of the office daily allowing senior management to focus on growth. Providing high levels of customer service at all times, this position is a varied position where no two days will be the same.

Duties to include but not limited to:

* Answer all incoming calls, being the first point of contact for enquiries from new and existing customers

* Answer all incoming email enquiries & respond accordingly

* Maintain & develop customer relationships

* Process orders online and ensure all parties are updated with timeframes

* Update CRM and update internal teams with progress

* Upsell products to existing customers

* Manage website chat page and social media platforms

* Upload invoices & complete credit control duties

* Ensure deliveries for customers run smoothly

* Liaise with any third parties or logistics

* Purchasing of office supplies and adhoc requests from management

This position would suit someone who enjoys being organised and having responsibility within the workplace. It will suit someone who is either confident with learning new areas of business and has a general aptitude for learning & progression or someone that can support with all operational areas and need minimal supervision.

Hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm / 8.30am – 5.30pm, some flexibility can be offered around start time and the successful candidate will also have the potential to work from home once a week.

Salary:

Circa £24k-30k Depending on Experience
