Success Recruit are currently working with a rapidly growing financial related business based in Central Essex who are seeking to recruit two Client Managers for their well-established team and business to help support with continued growth.
The successful candidates will be working closely within a highly technical and friendly team who will offer support daily to a portfolio of clients ensuring the best level of service can be provided and maximum refunds are achieved in the process.
The successful Client Manager will be expected to:
* Be able to demonstrate solid experience within client facing positions
* Have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
* Listen, challenge and understand client’s business project

Job Description
The Client Manager will be expected to work with a portfolio of clients and support them every step of the way throughout financial projects until completion. You will work closely with the business development team, directors and operation team ensuring the best service and result is achieved.
Duties to include but not limited to:
* Maintain & develop client relationships
* Manage a portfolio of clients & interview individuals to collate information for projects
* Attend client meetings & understand clients projects
* Understand & be able to read basic business accounts
* Ensure data is collected in a timely manner and manage through to completion project
* Internally communicate with internal teams to ensure all information is collated
* Update CRM and update internal teams with progress
* Attend networking meetings
* Undertake product and development training
This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of a progressive market leader within the financial industry. Previous experience within a client facing role is essential, due to the technical nature of our client, the ability to learn and retain detailed information is essential and someone that has the ability to understand a business set of accounts would be an advantage.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm.
Salary:
Circa £30k - £40k+ dependant on experience
