As part of this Companys growth plan and pace at which they are operating, they are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role ranges from supporting the scheduling and general administration of Board, investor and Leadership team meetings to proactively managing the diary and travel requirements of the CEO.
Manage the CEO’s diary, defining agendas and meeting schedules.
Organise meetings with the leadership team (LT) as a group and 1:1s as well as for Board and investors.
Attend relevant meetings, take minutes/ notes as required and ensure actions are communicated and followed up on.
Maintain and file Corporate Documents.
Organise off-site strategy meetings for LT.
Coordinate business travel, hotel accommodation and associated logistical support for CEO.
Provide ad hoc support for wider leadership team.
Previous experience working at an Executive level with LT, Board and Investors in a fast moving, technically based company.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
Well organised, calm and logical in approach.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
A proactive individual, eager to get stuck in.
Professional approach, comfortable maintaining confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office (including Teams).
