Job Description

Our client, a highly successful and continually expanding market leader within education is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to complement their friendly team on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Office Manager key responsibilities will include:

* Help to build new campaigns, datasheets, InMail campaigns, and build social media presence.

* Actively reply to all live chat queries and direct accordingly.

* Respond to all warm leads and progress customer journey onto the next step.

* Processing orders.

* Conducting research into potential clients

* Confirming existing data is correct and up to date

* Producing and presenting accurate reports for the advisory team

* Responding to enquiries both written and verbal

* Diary management and any other administrative duties as required.

The successful applicant will have a proven background within an administrative role together with the ability to handle a heavy workload effectively by prioritising and multi-tasking to maintain the highest levels of accuracy. You will be articulate, possess excellent IT skills, and have the desire to excel.

This is a hybrid role working 2x days at home and 3x days in the office
