Administrator

Temp contract covering maternity (minimum 6-months)

Start date 4th January 2022

Rate of pay £11.00 per hour

Hours: Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 16.30 and Friday 08.00 - 12.00

Our client produces a wide range of machine components, using the latest machines in MIG and TIG welding. We are looking for an Administrator to join a small, friendly and fun team.

Responsibilities

Booking in of delivery notes onto our manufacturing system
Scanning of documents (delivery notes, works orders, certificates)
Filing documents into the correct folders
Raising and printing works order from manufacturing system
Booking Transport (couriers) to and from suppliers and customers
Raising dispatch notes
Collecting Health and Safety data and filing
Collating all supplier invoices for the accounts department
Checking progress of deliveries from suppliers and chasing late orders
Policing all Health and Safety related Shop Floor Documents.Skills / Attributes

Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel)
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work on own initiative
Organised
Methodical
Team player
