Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated administrator to join us to work full time in Children's Social Care as part of Gloucestershire County Council's Business Support Team. The position is within the Child Protection Conference Team. The primary function of the Conference Administration Team is to book Child Protection Conferences, invite attendees, attend and take contemporaneous minutes at Conference and distribute Child Protection Conference Minutes.

Main duties will include: - Taking contemporaneous minutes at virtual and face to face Child Protection Conferences. Email minutes to Conference Chairs for approval. Maintaining tracking document to show status of minutes. Book review dates for conferences. Upload minutes and reports on to bespoke Liquid Logic database (training will be given). Monitoring mailbox for reports. Distribution of minutes and letters via secure email.

Skills required:

Good attention to detail.
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
Excellent IT user.
NVQ 3 in Business Administration or appropriate equivalent qualification/experience.
Educated to GCSE level in Mathematics and English to Grade C or above.

Hours: 37 Hours, Monday- Friday.

Contract: 6-months
