You will provide a positive first class enquiries service within the Beacon Centre, assisting with all queries from staff, students and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner. You will ensure that face-to-face enquiries and telephone enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently, referring to cross-college staff and services where appropriate. You will also engage in administrative support across all functions within MIS/IT when needed.
What we are looking for
Applications are invited from candidates with a good standard of education to at least NVQ Level 2 including English and Maths with experience of working in a clerical/administrative environment. You will need a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages coupled with the ability to work to deadlines and maintain a high degree of accuracy.
