I am delighted to be working with a leading food business based in Bury St Edmunds, in their search for a Sales Administrator to support the sales function and customer base.
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills including excel, established experience within an administrative /customer service role and a can do attitude!
You will also need:
•You will be adaptable and have good all round administrative abilities and must have a good working knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and various business software programmes
•A task orientated person who will be able to streamline their daily tasks efficiently and free more time for other tasks and projects
•Someone with a can do attitude, a confident people person with a professional manor
•You will work with our sales team, other key functions and key customers to support sales growth in line with our strategies
Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
•Manage the data exchange across pricing and nutritional portals such as Cypad, Saffron, Caternet etc.
•Provide a customer contact point and business support for assigned contract accounts
•Producing and updating sales and service reports
•Manage and report on the new and cancelled account process
•Support with producing sales tenders
•Manage and publish performance and sales data
